Sous-what? You may never have heard of it, but trust us when we say it's life-changing. At least, it was life-changing for our pork tenderloin dinners! Ryan and Tara McKee will show you how to turn any pot into a magically moist meal-maker. The best part, you can let it cook for 2 hours or 12 hours, same delicious results. Learn what you need to get set up for success and enjoy the fruits of our labor! Perfect for a date night experience or a night out with a friend.

Course agenda:

  1. Watch as we demonstrate proper prep and use of a sous vide machine.
  2. We will make a 3-course meal using the sous vide method (Vegetarians please make note in checkout.) Rosemary Pork Tenderloin, Lemon Chicken, Green Beans Almondine, and Vanilla Bean Pots de Creme.
  3. Taste the difference for yourself in our dining area. Be sure to bring your favorite beer or wine to enjoy with the meal!

Age requirement: 21 and over (BYO beer and wine)

You may cancel up to 72 hours prior to class time for a full refund, or up to 48 hours prior for a credit to be used on a future class of equal or lesser value. Please think of it as buying a concert ticket. Our instructors are artists and their time is valuable. Transferring to a friend at any time is highly encouraged.
