Culinary Workshop: Sous Vide

Sous-what? You may never have heard of it, but trust us when we say it's life-changing. At least, it was life-changing for our pork tenderloin dinners! Ryan and Tara McKee will show you how to turn any pot into a magically moist meal-maker. The best part, you can let it cook for 2 hours or 12 hours, same delicious results. Learn what you need to get set up for success and enjoy the fruits of our labor! Perfect for a date night experience or a night out with a friend.
- Watch as we demonstrate proper prep and use of a sous vide machine.
- We will make a 3-course meal using the sous vide method (Vegetarians please make note in checkout.) Rosemary Pork Tenderloin, Lemon Chicken, Green Beans Almondine, and Vanilla Bean Pots de Creme.
- Taste the difference for yourself in our dining area. Be sure to bring your favorite beer or wine to enjoy with the meal!
Age requirement: 21 and over (BYO beer and wine)

You may cancel up to 72 hours prior to class time for a full refund, or up to 48 hours prior for a credit to be used on a future class of equal or lesser value.
