Chef Jenna Eden Leder from Chef Central at Bed Bath Beyond will teach us how to slice, dice, and chop our way through common fruits and vegetables. Also, she will show us how to properly sharpen and care for knives to keep them performing at their best. You may find out you have been cutting your veggies wrong all this time!

Course agenda:

  1. Learn proper knife usage and care for best performance.
  2. Get hands-on experience cutting items such as bell pepper, onion, and tomato.
  3. Chef Jenna will demonstrate an easy way to cut pineapple and how that same technique applies to cucumbers!

Age requirement: 16 and older
